Job Description
- Assist in the implementation and management of salary administration program
- Assist in designing and recommending compensation plan including salary structure and other incentive or benefit programs for new recruits, probationary payroll and annual increase
- Execute the administration of benefits programs and maintain the salary database for entire team
- A tracking mechanism for all benefits administered is in place and up dated at all times
- Handling queries related to and advising on pay, remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits within agreed time frame
- Ensure critical ad-hoc HR Payroll information support to line managers in accordance with their requirements
- All pertinent personnel payroll information are properly captured, effectively managed and strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Provided accurate information for inclusion in HR Budget
