Project Administrator- MS Ladies

Required Number: 1
Employment Type: Full Time 
Job Location: Kathmandu with frequent field visits
Education level: +2 or proficiency certificate. Candidate from health background is preferable
Experience required: at least 2 years of work experience in working directly in client care administrative activities
Job Description: 
  • Assist in the delivery of the MS Ladies program, including finance and programmatic operations
  • Daily/weekly follow up of project teams to ensure service delivery is on track
  • Collect financial bills and vouchers from districts and verify it as per SPN policies and guidelines
  • Ensure all the supplies and equipment to respective districts are delivered on time
  • Assist all field logistics for project activities including pre-planning, set up, delivery and evaluation/set up in line with regulations
