- Must have a relevant diploma in a related field
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience
- Attention to details, able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and digital applications
- Knowledge and Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver required
- Knowledge and Proficiency in Flash, Sublime Text, After Effects / Motion Graphics as well as HTML / CSS / JavaScript a plus
- Must possess a thorough understanding of the print process and vendor requirements to correctly prepare files for print
- Excellent people customer service skills
- Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for designing, building and managing the manufacture of new products
- Knowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for the design and manufacturing of new products and the enhancement of existing products; ability to apply the methodology in diverse scenarios
- Ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality
