Job Description
- Team Leader for Australia
- Responsible for coordinating with University/College Representatives
- Review of daily and monthly targets achieved by counselor
- Process of application and target that the student reaches the university/college he/she is accepted to and ensuring all timelines/deadlines of client applications are met
- Building productive teams - Conducting process training's, important quick process updates and provide coaching and development plan for team members
- Consistently and fairly evaluate and identify training requirements for low performing team members
- Ensuring all application documents of the client are correct and in proper order before submission
- Ensuring assigned clients are aware of the financial documentation and visa processing as per university/college
- Calling clients and speaking to them over the phone to ensure that the client is suitable for Visa Application
- Plan, implement and execute seminars, promotions, etc to generate interest in students to seek Admissions
- Perform counseling services to the prospective students
- Showcasing the Admissions products of universities and colleges to attract more prospective clients
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the related field
