• Minimum 2 years experience in cooperative or any other financial institution
• Master degree in management field
• Age between 30 -50 years
• Sound knowledge and experience on cooperative and micro financing
• Sound knowledge on financial analysis and managerial accounting
• Sound knowledge of cooperative principles and values
• Good Nepali and English language both written and spoken

Job Description

• To operate at strategic level and steer the Cooperative
• To prepare strategic/operational plans and implement them
• To prepare monthly performance report
• To submit annual budget of the Cooperative
• To maintain and cause to be maintained the books of accounts of the cooperative
• To keep in custody of the Members' Register and register of various committee and keep it up-to- date
