Build up Nepal is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer/Quality manager to join our team. We work with reconstruction in remote rural areas.

The job consist of three parts:

1. Ensure construction quality in each of our projects

Developing routines and system to ensure quality
Visit sites for inspection
Ensure that quality routines are followed and implemented
Find the proper methods to measure and ensure quality in remote and rural locations.
Develop training for new employees and make sure all trainers are teaching the same techniques
Build a learning environment in the organisation so that new knowledge an information is shared.

2. Financial cross-checking.

You will also be working together with our finance team for financial cross-checking of different construction projects.
Cross-checking purchases, transport and labor expenditure in different projects.

3. Follow up

Make sure that each project is getting proper follow up so that we can evaluate the results and take action to turn-around bad projects.
