- Knowledge and experience in media and advertising promotions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skills in creating compelling messages, analyzing, researching, reporting, writing and presenting
- Should be a team player
- Self-starter with high energy and confidence
- Good communication and marketing skill
- Prepare monthly Plan of maintenance schedule and daily duty roster as per the weekly/fortnightly production schedule and ensure their execution after approval
