- Independently handle the initiation and implementation of business development strategies
- Involve in conceptualize and finalize of marketing and promotional materials
- Prepare financial projection for different ways of marketing drives
- Have ideas on the impacts that marketing and promotional activities can bring
- Promotion of company in becoming a brand name in education counseling sector
- Able to oversee the overall management, planning and controlling daily work activities to improve efficiency, productivity and performance
- Planning for staff development, determination and hiring employee
- Plan and implementation of effective strategies to increase number of clients to meet the company’s target
- Facilitate the staff of all offices of the company to achieve best results
