Job Description

The marketing officer will handle the promotion and delivery of the company’s marketing aspects and develop innovative campaigns to communicate the company’s message to the customers and recruiters

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan and develop innovative ideas to maximize brand promotion
• Manage marketing budgets using the databases to analyze and target market opportunities
• Research and analyze the market trends and identify the potential partners
• Manage the activities and maintain the relationships with PR agencies and partners
• Create new content and maintain existing contents
• Create and grow sales
• Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s vision, strategic priorities, people, capabilities, and practice specialties
• Develop new business opportunities with potential clients by presenting compelling marketing propositions and solutions
• Maintain and drive the branding, develop materials for both external and internal uses
• Liaise with stakeholders at different levels in the delivery of service
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales, while keeping up with the recent trends and technology
• Manage the online presence through social media and websites
